My career spans hospitality, fitness and business consulting. I’ve founded and designed gyms, worked on fitness acquisitions, and co-owned Sydney’s first organic restaurant. Across each chapter, the constant has been building businesses, understanding people and making things happen.
As District Manager, I oversaw a fitness club portfolio generating $11 million in annual recurring revenue. I built member engagement and new-business opportunities through events, bring-a-friend referrals, vendor collaborations and corporate account development.
Recognition across those chapters includes the Australian Hotels Association’s Bistro of the Year award during my tenure as Executive Chef, Trainer of the Year, and fitness clubs ranked number one nationally and company-wide for personal training.
Beyond business, I’m an Australian taekwondo champion. The discipline and commitment behind that achievement are qualities I bring to my work.
Today, that translates into HR technology sales, independent consulting and an active role in the startup and venture community. As founder of Fintech Breakfast and Inside the Check, I create spaces for founders, investors and ecosystem partners to connect. I’m comfortable talking with founders about the realities of growth, connecting advisers across borders and creating a room where worthwhile conversations happen.
My HR technology experience spans publicly traded companies and a business acquired by private equity. I work with founders, CFOs and finance teams to evaluate workforce costs, improve operational efficiency and align HRIS, payroll, benefits and workforce management with business goals, supporting profitable growth.
I bring commercial discipline, an international outlook and a relationship-first approach to business development.
